The rooms spotless, modern with tub, a clean shower and the bedroom. Variety of goodies for breakfast.

Everything was great, fairly CLEAN hotel, particularly good and excellent location close to everything. New-fashioned and huge rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly and excellent. Location really close to trains and buses and the race track and the local grocery store and shops. A wide array of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

The deluxe queen studio was huge and included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave. the bathroom was fairly clean. the hotel had a central location, near an outdoor mini-golf course, making it a convenient choice.

Nothing. Nothing at all.
What a Dump. Took half an hour to check in, the clerk was rude and useless. Room Stank and was mildewed, there were roaches, and the kitchen had no dishes and a non functioning refrigerator.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Where do I begin? The facility is old and out dated. Upon arrival no staff was at the front desk. The counter top was dirty and greasy. The price should be a lot less. No utensils in room. No toilet paper and trash in bathroom wasn't emptied. There was a huge wasp in the room. Chairs were dirty with hair on one of them. There is no elevator. It's liked playing a pick a door game. Had to make several trips to carry luggage. No ash tray in smoking room. Loud dogs and the hallway was very smoky. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I wouldn't stay at this hotel unless I was offered a free night at the facility up the street.

The pool was not open and it was very nosey. I paid for two nights and ended up only staying one. Oh yea, and my keys stopped working and they said it was because i only booked one night.

Nice staff.
Was greeted by super friendly staff so that was nice! After that it was all downhill. The room was at least clean. There was an appointed kitchen with no utensils or dishes – and am not sure if this is normal at an Extended stay as I have never stayed at one before. Also, we were placed right outside of the third floor landing stairwell and all night all we heard was SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM SLAM of the door opening and closing. And no sheets on the bed REALLY? Should have stayed elsewhere and next time Extended Stay will not be on my radar!

The rooms were wonderful with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator included. the bed was soft enough for me. Everything met the purpose, I will come back.

Other guests had pets that barked at the slightest movement. Outdoor pool was closed Breakfast was cereal bars. Dirty towels we're hanging on the back of the bathroom door on our arrival. Bathroom towel rack was broken and hung on one side. Efficiency provided nothing. No cups, utensils, no ice machine, coffee pot, etc.
This was the worst hotel that we have ever stayed in. Very disappointed.

it was close to the race track.
Roaches in our room, rotten shrimp smell in the fridge, hairs all in the bed, what looked like body fluid on the night stand, scum in the shower, worn toilet seats, dirt all of over the floors, stains on the carpet, curtain hanging half way off the rod, nothing in the "stocked kitchen" no plate, no cup, no silverware, no pots and pan.. NOTHING, stove and oven dirty. IT WAS HORRIBLE. On top of that they said we could check in early around 12PM-1PM and when we got there around 2-2:30PM no one was at the desk and i had to use a dirty phone on the wall to call someone and she said sorry rooms are not ready I'm walking them. We couldn't wait so we left and came back around 11PM and once again no one was at the front desk and i had to use the phone outside for someone to let us in. As soon as we walked in we were ready to leave and shocked how gross it was, so that means someone walked our unit and it was acceptable to them... REALLY!!! The person working that night didn't care when i went to show her the baby roach i killed she helped 3 other people before. We had no where else to go on Memorial day weekend so my husband and i had to "sleep" our jackets and long pants on top of the sheets, in the morning we killed the mom roach on the way to the shower where we had to stand on a towel and wear flip flops. Our free shampoo was half used as well. The whole place was dirty and terrible. Sleep in your car before you stay here.
